Welcome to AE Building Design, where we specialize in kitchen and bath remodeling, interior design, and custom staircase solutions.
With a focus on craftsmanship and creativity, our expert team is dedicated to transforming your living spaces into elegant, functional and personalized retreats. From sleek modern kitchens to luxurious bathrooms and bespoke staircases, we bring your vision to life with superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
What we specialize in
Three disciplines sit at the center of what we do, and each one is handled by our own team rather than passed to a rotating set of subcontractors:
- Kitchen remodeling — custom cabinetry, islands, stone countertops, integrated appliance walls and the drawer-level detail that separates a luxury kitchen from an expensive one.
- Bath remodeling — walk-in showers, frameless glass, large-format tile and the waterproofing behind it that decides whether the room lasts.
- Custom staircase solutions — floating and open-riser stairs, glass and cable railings, fabricated and installed in-house so the tolerances hold.
Alongside those we handle outdoor living, pavers and driveways, interior and exterior painting and whole-home renovations.
Craftsmanship and creativity
Design without execution is a rendering. Execution without design is a builder-grade house. What we try to do is hold both — work through the design decisions properly, then build them to a tolerance that makes the design read the way it was drawn.
That shows up in small places. A stair reveal that stays consistent the whole flight. Tile set out so the cuts land where nobody looks. A cabinet run where the reveals are even because the wall was scribed rather than filled.
What clients say
We hold a 5.0 rating from 57 reviews on Google. The themes that come up most are the ones we work hardest at: clean and organized job sites, workers who respect the home, schedules that hold, and an owner who is actually reachable.
“I am very pleased with the estimate, the work and the timing. The workers are very, very diligent and respectful and clean after themselves. First time in Miami I found a good contractor.”
— Reuven Alon, Google review
